The ZAG 135 dsDNA Kit (1-1500bp) (ZAG-135-5000) enables the fast, high-throughput qualitative analysis of DNA fragments up to 1,500 bp in length. Separations are performed in as little as 20 minutes, requiring the use of a specially designed DNA ladder that maintains the necessary fragment resolution for DNA fragment sizing under more intensive separation conditions. The 100 bp DNA Ladder (Figure 1) accomplishes this, enabling sizing of DNA fragments up to 1,500 bp, ideal for PCR amplicon analysis, genotyping, and microsatellite detection.
