ZAG 130 dsDNA Kit (75-20000bp)

The ZAG 130 dsDNA Kit (75-20000bp) (ZAG-130-5000) enables the separation of dsDNA fragments across a broad sizing range. DNA fragments are sized between 75 bp and 20,000 bp in as little as 30 minutes without sacrificing resolution. Common applications include the qualification of PCR fragments, genotyping, and microsatellite identification.

The ZAG 130 dsDNA Kit (75-20000bp) (ZAG-130-5000) provides rapid separation of large DNA fragments, making it well suited to the qualitative analysis of large PCR amplicons. The 1000 bp Plus DNA Ladder (Figure 1) promotes the quick qualitative analysis of large DNA fragments up to 20,000 bp in size through the careful selection of ladder fragments.
