Examples

The qualitative analysis of DNA fragments with capillary electrophoresis requires the use of a high quality DNA ladder, especially in high-throughput environments where small changes and errors can have significant effects. The 100 bp Plus DNA Ladder (Figure 1) is constructed from carefully selected DNA fragments to provide relative quantification and accurate sizing of DNA fragments between 35 bp and 5,000 bp. PCR amplicons, genotyping, and microsatellite detection applications are ideal uses of this kit.
