Examples

Qualitative DNA analysis necessitates the use of a well separated, quality DNA ladder for sizing samples. The 1000 bp Plus DNA Ladder provides accurate sizing via the use of high quality DNA fragments and markers. The ladder enables the efficient and accurate qualitative analysis of PCR amplicons, microsatellites, and genotyping applications.

The dsDNA 930 Reagent kit provides true sizing of DNA fragments across a wide range, from 75 bp through 20,000 bp. Relative quantification of fragment concentration enhances the versatility of this kit. Easily perform genotyping, analyze PCR amplicons or microsatellites, among other applications. Figure 2 depicts the separation of DNA fragments across a wide range, from 115 bp to 14.7 Kb, using the dsDNA 930 Reagent Kit (DNF-930).
