Advanced Analytical Technologies, Inc. (AATI), based in Ames, IA announces it has signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement with Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), (Coralville, IA). In addition, IDT has placed an order for multiple Oligo PRO 96XT oligonucleotide purity analysis systems. Under the terms of the agreement, IDT will join AATI’s Preferred Client program.
Steve Siembieda, COO of AATI, states, “We are excited to further strengthen our relationship with IDT, a well respected and global leader in oligonucleotide technologies. Our Oligo PRO platform is the perfect compliment to IDT’s quality control processes, offering unsurpassed throughput and automation for purity analysis. This agreement is also great for the state of Iowa, as our respective companies share a common goal of further increasing jobs in the life sciences. Continued collaboration means continued growth for two leading Iowa biotechnology companies.”
Brian Elliott, Director of Mass Spectrometry and High Throughput Analysis at IDT, states, "IDT has used the AATI 96-channel Capillary Electrophoresis systems for oligo purity analysis after our collaborative development of oligo-specific run parameters many years ago. Upgrading and increasing our fleet of 96XTs allows IDT to continue providing 100% purity QC and guarantees to all our purified oligo customers. We are pleased with the performance of the new instruments and software."
