How the Dead Cell Test Kit Works

A 3 mL aliquot of sample is needed for analysis. A non membrane-permeable fluorescent dye is added that stains only the dead cells. Samples are analyzed on the Micro PRO™ using a pre-loaded method and a direct-read format.
