Oligo PRO™: DNA Oligonucleotide and RNA Oligonucleotide Purity Analysis

The Oligo PRO™ 96XT system provides a fast, economical method for performing size-based purity analysis of single stranded DNA oligonucleotide and RNA oligonucleotides, and double stranded RNA interference (RNAi) products. This dedicated analyzer system is capable of analyzing 96 different samples simultaneously by parallel capillary gel electrophoresis with on-line, fixed wavelength UV absorbance detection. Preloaded and optimized separation and capillary conditioning methods simplify and streamline operation. The system can perform unattended analysis of up to 288 samples at once. Customized, application-specific data analysis software provides the ability to perform manual or automated peak integration. Microsoft® Word or Adobe PDF formatted reports can be created for an entire sample plate or for individually selected samples.

NEW! The Oligo PRO™ 24HT system provides for the parallel analysis of 24 different samples. This lower cost, medium throughput system is ideal for laboratories with smaller but significant sample loads. This system can perform unattended analysis of up to 72 samples at once.
