How the Dead Cell Test Kit Works
A 3 mL aliquot of sample is needed for analysis. Dead Cell Dye is a non membrane-permeable fluorescent dye that stains only dead cells. Samples are analyzed on the Micro PRO™ using a defined method and results are output as counts/mL.
