The AdvanCE™ FS96 dsDNA Fluorescent System.

The AdvanCE™ FS96 is a fluorescence based DNA fragment analysis system for both sizing and quantifying nucleic acids (DNA and RNA). The system can be used to separate dsDNA fragments generated from PCR and other amplification techniques, from RFLP analyses and Tilling experiments. By using a sensitive intercalating dye coupled with a powerful LED light source, the AdvanCE™ FS96 is able to size and quantify both DNA fragments and RNA samples. The AdvanCE FS96 is the most flexible system on the market today, with the greatest sensitivity, the highest separation resolution over a wide range and the faster separation times.
