The AdvanCE™ FS96 dsDNA Fluorescent System.
A fluorescence based system for both sizing and quantifying dsDNA fragments and RNA samples. The system was especially designed for separating any dsDNA fragment including PCR fragments generated from microsatellite sequences such as SSR and VNTR or Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNP). With the highest resolution and fastest run times of any CE system for dsDNA, the AdvanCE™ FS96 is the ideal system to improve laboratory throughput and reduce analysis time.
System features
The AdvanCE™ FS96 Fluorescent System is the ideal system for DNA fragment analysis.
| FEATURES | BENEFITS |
|---|---|
| A 96-capillary array | Direct, parallel injection and separation of an entire plate at once, limits sample evaporation and handling. |
Short run times (30 minutes <1000bp) |
With the fastest separation time of any CE system available, get more done in less time. |
High sensitivity |
Detection limits as low as 5pg/µl without desalting, allows direct injection of PCR samples. |
High resolution separation |
Resolve a wide range of dsDNA fragments. Achieve as low as 3bp resolution. Custom gels can be developed. |
| Multiple modes of sample injections, electrokinetic OR vacuum | Vacuum injection mode allows sample injection even in the presence of high salt (500mM). |
| Low cost/sample | Lower operational cost compared to agarose gels and cost saving when fluorescent primers are eliminated. |
| Robotics interface capable | Allows unlimited unattended throughput. |
| Variable length and size capillaries dimensions | Flexibility, flexibility, flexibility – allows instrument to meet changing laboratory or project needs. |
| User friendly software | Calculate fragment size and quantity, display data in multiple formats, color code results for quick reference and analysis. |
