PCR Fragment Analysis Examples

The AdvanCE™ FS96 dsDNA Fluorescent System can be used to separate and analyze nucleic acid fragments from any type of PCR reactions including microsatellites, STR, SSR, VNTR, SNP, etc. It can also be used to evaluate larger fragments of DNA from restriction digestions as well as plasmid DNA

Gels information

Part No. Usage
DNF-900-0450 Best for small fragment analysis, 10-500 bp, resolution approximately 2 bp
DNF-910-0450 Broad range gel, analyze fragments 50 – 2,000 bp. Resolution over range: 5bp <500bp fragments; 5-10bp, 500-1,000bp fragments; 50-100bp,> 1,000
DNF-920-0450 Large and medium size fragment analysis, 500 – 40,000bp. Gel is also capable of separating plasmid DNA, supercoiled, relaxed and linear species.
