RBD Service and Support

Advanced Analytical offers the following support services for the Micro PRO™ (next generation RBD) system:

Feasibility Testing:

Advanced Analytical is committed to ensuring our technology is a good fit for your application. To this end, we offer limited feasibility testing in order to provide real data for your samples prior to instrument purchase. Please contact a member of the sales team to discuss this special service.

Training:

The instrument cost includes full training for two people for two days at our Ames facility. This training allows the users to perform all aspects of sample preparation and analysis using the actual instrument they have purchased. An Operator's Manual and Training Manual are provided. Training on location is also available for an added fee.

Installation:

Installation is performed by an Advanced Analytical employee or representative with advance preparations made to have the instrument users at hand. Installation is routinely conducted over the course of two days, allowing time for the technician to confirm optimal instrument performance and interact with users. Full documentation for the IQ/OQ (Installation Qualification and Operation Qualification) is available for an additional fee.

Regulatory Support:

Our comprehensive support includes access to a Regulatory Specialist who can assist you with merging our technology into your approved system. Specialized standard operating procedures, validation documents and qualifications are available. Please contact Megan Pimsner to discuss these services.

Troubleshooting and Technical Support:

Advanced Analytical services every item we sell and we make every effort to keep your instrument running at peak performance. The RBD instruments are covered by a one-year all-inclusive warranty, and we offer free telephone support for as long as you own your instrument. The Operator's Manual and software help files also provide step-by-step instructions to help you work through various issues.

Preventative Maintenance Agreements:

Preventive maintenance agreements are a cost-effective way to keep your instrument operating at optimal efficiency, and these contracts are available in three levels of coverage. Please contact us for further information regarding PMAs.
