Rapid and Accurate dsDNA Fragment Analysis

Automated analysis of dsDNA fragments can increase laboratory throughput, decrease time to results as well as improve accuracy. By replacing agarose or acrylamide electrophoresis methods with the AdvanCE™ FS96, sample handling time can be minimized to simply placing the sample plates onto the instrument and running a preset method.  Analysis time is also streamlined with the PROsize software featuring multiple ways to view the DNA fragments and a simple user interface.

• Analyze up to 192 samples (2- 96 well plates) without intervention can be placed on the instrument at once, reducing hands on time.
• Fast run times and integrated analysis software package provide quick results generation
• A robotic arm can be interfaced, allowing unlimited sample throughput
• Two different capillary arrays and 3 different gels allow for maximum flexibility and use.
• Sensitivity as low as 5pg/ml with a S:N of 10:1
• The system can also be used to quantify total RNA and to check the integrity of extracted RNA.
