Simple Sugar and Antibody Glycan Analysis
Increased throughput of carbohydrate fragments, either simple sugars hydrolysis products or glycans from antibodies, decreases time to results as well as improves accuracy. Derivatized sugars are separated by a proprietary sieving matrix that can separate 5 and 6 carbon sterioisomers (e.g. glucose from galactose) and acid sugars. Additionally the instrument is sensitive enough to detect the many minor glycan fractions typically released after antibody hydrolysis and used to profile and identify therapeutic antibodies. Detection sensitivity is equal to that of single capillary systems, but with 20 times the throughput.
Key Benefits:
- Up to 24 samples can be run at one time, improving throughput.
- Two 96 well plates can be placed on the instrument at once, reducing hands on time.
- Fast run times producing baseline resolution of sugars improves accuracy and alleviates analysis bottlenecks.
- Unlimited sample throughput can be attained when interfaced with a robotic arm.
